Nigerian Midfielder, John Ogu Proposes To Blogger Girlfriend

Nigeria midfielder, John Ogu showed his romantic side at the weekend as he proposed to his fiancée Chiugo Akaolisa right on the pitch after a game involving his Israeli club Hapoel Beer Sheva and Maccabi Peta Tikva on Saturday.

The hosts won 5-2 but it was the marital victory for the footballer that will be the talk of the city for a long time because immediately after the final whistle, Ogu committed himself to his beautiful girlfriend.

While Ogu earns his living as a central midfielder, Chiugo is a blogger and entrepreneur by day and a budding novelist by night.
The graduate of the University of Alberta, Canada, regularly contributes to Bella Naija and is a self-professed relationship counselor
