Buhari budgets 23 million naira for newspapers in 2017 Budget

As the 2017 budget was recently signed into bill, several irregularities have been discovered in the budget.

Thanks to a report and infographics by BudgetIt, we now know that Nigeria is going to pay the sum of 77 million naira house rent for Government-owned Aso Rock Villa where President Muhammadu Buhari and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo live.

Among other alarming discoveries made in the budget are: the payment of N76 million naira for "water," 52.8 million naira for removal of sewage and other exorbitant amounts found in the 2017 budget.
